1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as when received
    • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Personalized, digital, or downloadable products are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We may offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as a return and specify your desired replacement item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Personalized items or custom orders
  • Gift cards
